User Accounts

• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Acceptable Use

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for technical issues preventing Service use.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TractionForge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate outreach messages. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before they are sent. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated messages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR CUSTOMER CONVERSIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACTIONFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
